About

About the colloquium

The DeepMedicalVision Colloquium (DMV Colloquium) brings together researchers, clinicians, and students working at the intersection of medical imaging and machine learning. At each meeting a member or invited guest presents ongoing work — finished results are welcome, but so are open problems, failed experiments, and early ideas. The goal is simple: to know what the people around us are working on, to get useful feedback before the paper deadline rather than after, and to start collaborations that would not happen over email.

Mission

To build a durable, friendly community of medical vision researchers who share their work early, review each other honestly, and collaborate across institutions.

Join the colloquium

The colloquium is open to researchers, PhD students, and clinicians working on (or curious about) machine learning in medical imaging. There is no fee and no formal commitment — come to a meeting, present when you have something to discuss, and stay in touch with the group. To join, send us a short email with your name, affiliation, and research interests. We will add you to the mailing list and send you the next meeting invitation.
